After going to 3 different places this was the only person who actually looked at the laptop and gave advice very quickly. Very friendly attitude , knowledgeable and helpful. We will be going here if we have any future problems.

Epic Computers absolutely saved my PC after my PSU shorted out.
They quickly diagnosed the issue, fitted a brand new PSU, and suggested a great replacement case when my old one wouldn’t cooperate.
Communication was clear the whole way through, and they explained everything in terms I could actually understand.
Turnaround time was impressive, and the pricing felt more than fair for the quality of work they did.
Overall, this was the best PC repair experience I’ve ever had – I’ll definitely be going back to Epic Computers for anything tech-related.

I’d been having ongoing issues with my laptop, the WiFi kept disconnecting (sometimes every 45 minutes!), and I had to sit right next to the router just to get any work done. I contacted John, who was really friendly and professional from the start. I had my laptop back in just a few days, and it’s now running perfectly. No more connection drops, and I’m no longer chained to the dining room table while working! Highly recommend.

I had a problem where my pc wouldn’t turn on at all. I thought it may have been a power supply issue. I gave my pc to John to have a look and he figured out the problem very quickly and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Once I got my pc back he also recommended me parts to upgrade. I would 100% recommend coming to John!
